  1. Generally children are very difficult if asked to brush their teeth. And they love to eat sweets, chocolate, or other sweets can certainly damage the teeth.Dental caries (cavitation) are decayed areas in the teeth caused by a process that gradually dissolves email (outer tooth surfaces are hard) and continues to grow into the inside of the tooth. If not treated by a dentist, dental caries will continue to grow and eventually lead to tooth loss. For parents with children under 1 year of age who may not be aware of the very real threat to the dental health of their children, such as ECC, this article focuses on the nature of these conditions, and tips on how to cope with Early Childhood Caries.
